Casa Contenta is a peaceful two-story villa with spectacular views of the ocean, located in the prestigious area of Conchas Chinas. It is beautifully appointed with a just completed remodel. Each of the four totally private, individually controlled air-conditioned master suites has its own private bath. Two of the suites have an additional sitting area while the other two have showers that look directly out onto the ocean. There is a large library for relaxed reading or gazing at the sea possibly catching a glimpse of a whale. At Casa Contenta the ocean can be viewed from every room. Enjoy the muted sounds of an indoor wall fountain softly illuminated after dark that will put you into the serenity and contentment you seek here.
